Our process is a simple, straight-forward approach to designing the home of your dreams. It all begins with a preliminary conference to asses the project parameters, feasibility, and to get an overall feel for what you are aiming to accomplish.
We can take your ideas, pictures, sketches and scrap books and combine them with our professional design experience to produce a home you can be proud of. We will start by producing a preliminary floor plan and elevation for the first design conference, make note of changes and revise accordingly, We then begin the construction documentation phase, which we'll produce a site, floor, roof and electrical plans as well as exterior elevations and construction details. Once this phase is complete plans are ready for structural engineering and consequently building permits.
